Hi everyone, I have a problem with my ip camera account that I can't get to work in wan mode, in fact all of a sudden I can't log in with the account that came out of the box and if I log in guest mode the name of a different device appears. Thank you for the explanations you will provide me.
I lost my password and the application did not send back to my e-mail. The SYSM Monitor password also did not respond.

According to the manual of a product which uses SYSM Monitor, you have the possibility to recover your account. Open the application and the login window will appear. Click on Forgot password? and then follow the instructions. After this procedure, you will have the possibility to recover your account to log-in to the application. This is the only way possible. However, if it's not working, manually remove the application then re-install it and re-configure it again.
I write from Argentina and need an urgent reply. My software informs that you cannot use the camera option in certain position. Therefore, whenever you restart the software, it remains in a position that I do not want.
That option in my software is gray and I am unable to use. The version I have is SYSM Monitor V8. I need to know if this is because the software that I download is free or if I am able to change it. It is the fourth time that I try to communicate with you.

Sysm Monitor is only suited to windows XP, if you want to run it with any other operating system you will probably have to run it in comparability mode,also V8 is the only version available, you will probably be better of looking for something else, I did, Sysm Monitor V8 I do not think that this software has been updated since it was written, sorry I cannot help you any more.
I bought a IP Camera that it seems to work only with the SYSM Monitor app. I can't find which is its IP LAN in order to see the images using Internet Explorer with ActiveX. The app shows me an IP when I use the WiFi configuration but I guess that this is not the proper IP that works with Internet Explorer. Does some body can help me? Thanks in advance for any answer.

If you use a router, then connect to the administration interface and locate the DHCP Clients category. Click it, and you should see all the IPs assigned by the router. You can then test them to see which is the correct one.
Secondly, you can use Command Prompt. Press Windows + R and type CMD then arp -a and all the dynamic IPs will be listed. One of them is the IP of the camera.
My son-in-law has just installed a Blitzwolf BW-SIC1 camera to monitor my home. The "manual" that comes with it is pretty useless. A friend has suggested I use the SYSM Monitor software. I mainly use it on my Windows 7 desktop. I have got a Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone which I hope to use later. I am 82 so these things take a bit of time. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

It's strongly recommended to download their official website because this brand isn't known on the Internet and I doubt it has 100 % compatibility with other applications. They even have an APK to install on your Galaxy S6 (make sure to enable Unknown Sources in Security).
I'm from Argentina. When I first installed the software, it used to keep record (images and videos) when detecting any kind of movement. Now it doesn't anymore and I dont know why, or how I can fix it. Any suggestions?

If the software doesn't store the data anymore, it means the space has ran out. You will have to access the settings menu (wheel icon on the interface) and then Video tab. From that location, assign a new location for your videos and pictures, as show in the image below:

No, you can't install this application on your smartphone, as it was released only for Windows operating systems. At the moment, there is no Windows emulator for smartphones. I have done research using known resources and applications, including the Play Store, but no result was found. The application is designed to run exclusively on Windows operating systems.
When I record videos manually, they are recorded in fast motion. I can not find the option in the menu to record the normal video, without fast motion.
